What to Expect
At Laura’s massage, I offer two services. First, a maintenance sports massage which is for the active individual who isn’t suffering from any particular injury, but would just like some support in their training recovery. This can be either a 30 minute session or 50 minute session.

Secondly, I offer an injury treatment sports massage, which is tailored to those who might have a niggle. As a sports massage therapist, I cannot diagnose conditions but I can perform a range of assessments to help identify why certain areas may be painful. These include a postural assessment, range of movement assessments and a range of specific tests to muscle groups. This treatment will take 10-15 mins longer than a maintenance massage so bear in mind when booking.

During the session, I use a combination of deep tissue techniques, stretching, and targeted pressure to release tight muscles, improve circulation, and enhance flexibility. Some areas may feel intense, but my goal is always to relieve discomfort—not cause pain. After your massage, I’ll provide aftercare tips to help you maximize the benefits and keep your body in peak condition.
